HOIKKA CONSTRUCTION

Founded in December 2012, Hoikka Construction is a family-owned framing company based in Cokato, Minnesota, serving the greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area. Led by brothers Troy and Chad Hoikka, the company is built on years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial framing, including work with Construction Results Corporation (CRC) and early training as framers in high school. Hoikka Construction specializes in new builds, custom framing, additions, and remodeling, with a strong focus on larger custom homes—some reaching up to 12,000 square feet. The team takes pride in precise craftsmanship, structural integrity, and clean, efficient job sites. At the heart of the company is a close-knit crew of skilled professionals, many of whom are family, friends, and trusted members of the local community. Key team members include accountant Jane Hoikka and field leaders Trevor Janckila and Kent Hoikka. Together, they share a strong work ethic, respect for clients and trade partners, and a commitment to delivering high-quality framing on every project.
